Shipping is free for purchases of 1300 TL or more.
Shipping delivery times may vary depending on where your order is sent from. Generally, shipping delivery time is 1-5 business days. Deliveries may not be made on Sundays.

You can track your orders by entering the tracking number in the "Order Tracking" section of our website.
During delivery, the cargo officer will ask you to sign a delivery form, and you will receive your order after signing this form. Therefore, you must be in the area where the delivery address is located or have an authorized representative. In case of any damage to your order, please have the cargo officer prepare a report.
If your order has not been received or was damaged during delivery, please contact us at destek@sinekkaydi.com. We will take the necessary steps to reship your order or process a refund.

Shipping is free for purchases of 1300 TL and above. For all orders below 1300 TL, there is a shipping fee of 95 TL.
