Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.

Returns are not accepted for products with opened protective seals due to hygiene risks.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the condition you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for products with opened protective seals due to hygiene risks.
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable items (food, flowers, or plants), custom items (special orders or personalized products), and personal care items (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, discounted items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any justification. As stated above, the product must be in the condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your return is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
