Shipping policy

Your orders will be shipped on the next business day after payment confirmation.
Shipping is free for orders of 1600 TL or more.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination of your order. Generally, delivery takes 1–5 business days. Deliveries may not be made on Sundays.
Shipping times may be affected by special occasions (holidays, New Year, etc.) or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, you can contact us at destek@sinekkaydi.com.
You can track your orders using the "Order Tracking" section on our website by entering your tracking number.
Upon delivery, the courier will ask you to sign a delivery form, and you will receive your order after signing it. Therefore, you must be present at the delivery address or have an authorized representative available. If there is any damage to your order, please have the courier note it on a delivery report.
If your order was not received or was damaged during delivery, please contact us at destek@sinekkaydi.com. We will guide you through the steps for reshipping or return procedures.

Shipping is free for orders of 1600 TL or more. For all orders below 1600 TL, a shipping fee of 119 TL applies.
